This disclaimer applies to all pages and services of Goosetalk (hereinafter: "the platform"), operated from the Netherlands. By using the platform you accept the contents of this disclaimer. Dutch law applies exclusively to all legal relationships between Goosetalk and the user.

Goosetalk strives for the accuracy and completeness of information on the platform. The polls, statements and quiz questions published on the platform are compiled by the Goosetalk editorial team and submitted by users. Goosetalk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currentness of this content. No rights may be derived from the information on the platform. Goosetalk is not responsible for errors or omissions in the content of the platform.

Goosetalk is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or lawfulness of polls, answers, votes or other content placed by users on the platform. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit. Goosetalk reserves the right to remove or refuse user-generated content without stating reasons.

Goosetalk is not liable for: • Direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform or the inability to use the platform. • Damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information on the platform. • Damage resulting from disruptions, interruptions or viruses in connection with access to or use of the platform. • Damage resulting from acting on information obtained via the platform. Goosetalk's liability is in all cases limited to the amount covered by its liability insurance, or, if no payment is made, to a maximum of €100.

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform — including the Goosetalk brand, design, software and content generated by Goosetalk — belong to Goosetalk or its licensors. It is not permitted to reproduce, distribute or publish content from the platform without prior written consent from Goosetalk.

Dutch law applies exclusively to all legal relationships between Goosetalk and the user. All disputes arising from or related to the use of the platform shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
