Should workplaces be forced to ban 'always-on' emails after 6pm for the sake of our mental health?
France and Belgium already have 'right to disconnect' laws, and UK unions are pushing for the same. But would it actually help us switch off, or just create a frantic 5:59pm inbox panic?
