Which 19th-century British social reformer founded the model industrial village of Saltaire in West Yorkshire?

In the mid-1800s, several wealthy industrialists tried to improve workers' lives by building entire villages with housing, schools and washhouses. Saltaire, near Bradford, became one of the most famous examples and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
